    Chroma

     

    Re-Brand: Chroma, pioneers of digital print services, gave us the challenge of refreshing their brand identity and marketing materials. We revised the brand mark and created a tagline 'anyone else is just copying' which refers to their leadership position and their expertise, but also to their machines... many of their competitors use copiers, which produce a different quality of print. We devised 'Chromatherapy – digital colour therapy' as a means of communicating their unique level of service. Illustrations by Jason Forde add to the relaxed ambiance of the brand.

    Kinlay House: Tourism Brand

     

    Identity for a successful chain of hostels:
    We created an identity to enable this chain of hostels to differentiate themselves from increasing competition in the sector. We banished market sector's ubiquitous green and gold to the mythical land of shamrocks and shillelaghs and went for a strong colourway to appeal to today's more sophisticated budget traveller.

    Consumer Connexion: Identity for market research agency

     

    Visual identity:
    Consumer Connexion are a UK‑based qualitative market research business. Having enjoyed the benefits of Consumer Connexion's research abilities on many client projects, we created their identity. A simple visual play on their initials and the familiar term 'copy to' (which once upon a time meant 'carbon copy'). Colours, like their reports, are black and white, and of course, read all over.

    icata | Irish Clothing and Textiles Alliance

     

    Visual identity:
    Rain brought three textiles industry bodies together under one new name and identity. A 'common thread' forms a mark of their unity in the shape of an infinity symbol.

    Corporate Identity:
    We staked the claim 'The best selling solutions' for Kleerex, bringing a fresh, clear wordmark and literature style to the Group, which has emerged as a major player in the retail services sector in the UK and Ireland.

    We have undertaken a number of identity and communications for PEI Limited, a major player in the Healthcare sector in Ireland.

    Wicklow County Arts

     

    Visual Identity
    Sometimes a visual identity plays a supporting role, rather than taking the lead. Wicklow County Arts Office is a case in point. In its support of the Arts and Artists in Wicklow, the identity quietly coexists with other visual elements, such as Arts Council sponsorship and not least, images of the Artist's work.

    Product brand identity
    We devised the 'KX Originals' brand name for the Kleerex off‑the‑shelf product range. The brand is both visually and phonetically linked to the parent brand and stakes the claim to being both first and most consistently innovative.

    Wexford Opera House- Brand identity

     

    Brand identity
    The identity and marketing strategy was designed to differentiate the Opera House from the famous festival's communications (also by Rain design). The house will be home to year round events and performances from a range of visiting artists ‑ offering different art forms.

    Drawing on the maritime them of West Pier's corporate brand, we devised product branding for the UMA product range.

    Wellstone Clinic: Name creation and branding

     

    Brand identity and naming
    Wellstone Clinics provide private renal treatment to compliment and supplement existing HSE services. Regional Wellstone Clinics make it possible for patients to undertake routine renal care closer to home. We devised a shortlist of memorable and appropriate name recommendations (based on the marketing brief) from which the Wellstone Clinic name was chosen. We designed the brand identity and implemented the new design across stationery and signage for the new clinics.

    Starting Small Standing Tall: Visual identity

     

    Visual identity
    Starting Small Standing Tall is a child centred creche, playschool and Montessori with indoor and outdoor playgrounds and plenty of activities for enquiring minds. They required an identity to bring their friendly offer to life. Rain created an illustrated brand mark and a cast of characters to communicate the offer in an engaging way.

    Brand identity
    We created the identity for Sage & Stone – a large interiors and homewares store based in Navan. We produced everything from signage, launch material, sales literature; through to tags and gift wrap.

    Mortgage Insignt

     

    Brand name development and brand identity
    We devised the name Mortgage Insight, as a direct channel mortgage brokerage for Sherry FitzGerald Plc. We designed a brand identity which, while simple and direct, brought a colour palette with strong differentiation in the sector. We developed POP and advertising, as well as simplified forms and guidance to help the customer applying for a mortgage.

    We devised a new brand mark and revised Trintech's product brand 'universe', clarifying the values and simplifying the product range under one unified Payware brand proposition.

    Oak Clinic

     

    Visual identity
    We devised a new name and designed a new brand identity for this growing healthcare clinic, OAK, Osteopathy Associates Killaloe. In changing the name, the initials OAK create a healthy visual metaphor for strength, stability and growth – essential elements in marketing this healthcare service.

    StopIroning

     

    Brand Identity and naming
    For this provider of ironing, laundry and dry cleaning services; we created a campaign against ironing. We established the National Council Against Ironing (NCAI) and created the Stopironing.co.uk website to support third party agents providing The Ironing Board service. After all, someone has to do something!
