Corporate brochure
We designed a brochure for Botany Weaving Mill that takes readers on a journey through the creative and technical process involved in creating fabrics for the world's leading airlines.
Mindful of the international client base, we kept the copy to a minimum telling the story by contrasting Mike O'Tooles black and white portraits of employees at their work, with his colourful details from the mill’s finished product. The brochure delivered on it's marketing promise and opened new doors for Botany Weaving.

Straightforward 'Plain English' copy and relaxed 'at home' photography by Simon Burch helped create a light, informal style for Mortgage Insight literature.

We created a strong literature style which clearly identified the centre, yet allowed the individual personalities of diverse events to shine through, essential to a centre which relies on a steady stream of events created my third party groups.

We designed a practise brochure, marketing the methodology and benefits of osteopathic care from this alternative healthcare provider.

Architect's Brochure
When Rain created a new identity for this growing architectural group, creating a brochure provided an opportunity for differentiating the practice. A special die‑cut cover (executed in a humble box‑card, but with the inside turned out) created a ‘packaged’ feel, allowing work examples for this architectural partnership to shine.

Tourist brochure
A clear, vibrant message with pictograms to aid international travellers and photography that captures the youthful atmosphere of the accommodation. The striking colour scheme is designed to stand‑out in typical locations, such as literature racks in bus and train stations.

Festival Programme
In 2007, Rain created two programmes for the famous festival, shown here is the principal programme for the main operas and events held in Johnstown Castle. The cover art is a commissioned work Luna by Wexford‑born artist Carmel Benson, inspired by the location.

We created a brochure as a sales and education tool for smaller convenience retailers informing them of best practise using the Kleerex products to maximise sales opportunities in‑store.

Sales pack
We staked the claim 'The best selling solutions' for Kleerex, bringing a fresh, clear wordmark and literature style to the Group, which was emerging as a major player in the retail services sector in the UK and Ireland. A die-cut folder contains case studies of case studies, highlighting the benefits of Kleerex's award-winning retail solutions.

Promotional brochure for school book fairs
Tara Book Company uses Book Fairs in Schools as one of its key marketing strategies. We created lively brochures built on their 'alien' brand to extoll the virtues of reading and age relavant reading available at their fairs.

Conference literature
We created an identity and literature for ‘Retaining Nadur, Creating Meitheal’, a conference on palliative care. The conference takes an alternative approach to exploring palliative care and practises through various different media; including film, poetry, art and philosophy.

We designed and produced a distinctive tabloid format magazine - Trintalk, the regular news publication of Trintech Group plc.

Rain designed print communications including promotional materials for a revised Friends scheme, priority booking forms and the Friends magazine.

Product branding and brochure
We devised a new brand mark and revised Trintech's product brand 'universe', clarifying the values and simplifying the product range under one unified Payware brand proposition. We created a flagship product brochure focusing on the multiple channels served by the PayWare software solutions.

Communications campaign and mailshots
For this provider of ironing, laundry and dry cleaning services; we created a campaign against ironing. We established the National Council Against Ironing (NCAI) and created the Stopironing.co.uk website to support third party agents providing The Ironing Board service.
After all, someone has to do something!

Elevating company news to a true journal
Providing more than just product information, but seeking to educate and inform priduced a hit in the staff rest areas of hospitals around the country. We devised the name & format for ‘The Journal’ and continued to produce this A3 sized periodical for a number of years.

Trainee Brochure
Targeting potential trainees, this brochure combines illustration and bold use of colour to bring course information to life. Using case histories of graduates reduces the feeling of intimidation or insecurity experienced by those who have not enjoyed education, or are returning to training after a long absence.
